What we offer
Personal Training
Private functional fitness training for individuals or pairs in a dedicated personal training room.
As well as a customised fitness program to help you achieve specific goals.
Small Group Training
We keep our group training sessions small, safe, and non-intimidating.
Each group session is capped at a maximum of 8 people so our group instructors can provide tailored support.
Complementary Therapies
It’s vital to balance training with recovery. It gives you the support you need to safely strengthen.
We offer a range of complementary therapies to help you balance your wellness journey.
